With a lifetime of fishing experience, your local guide, Davy, will take you fishing on Adventure Wanaka's luxury launch. With your choice of fly, troll or spin, there is a uniquely New Zealand fishing experience waiting for you.
After the thrill of landing your catch, there is the option to have it filleted and cooked in front of you on the boat's portable barbeque. A dash of lemon, salt and pepper - no fish tastes more delicious than one fresh out of the lake.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned expert, Adventure Wanaka will provide you with an exhilarating and beautifully scenic day of fishing.
Troll, Spin or Jig fish aboard our 8 metre luxury launch for Rainbow, Brown Trout or Quinnat Salmon.
We offer Fly Fishing tuition for the beginner, or if you are experienced we can guide you to the fish by luxury lake launch or trike.
All trips are personalised to suit individuals or small groups. Equipment is supplied, or if you prefer, you can bring your own. Fishing licenses are available ($23 a day per person) but not included in the tariff.
Home-baking and light refreshments are supplied onboard. Food hampers are also available (by arrangement), or you are welcome to bring your own.

2 hours $230 for one adult
3 hours $330 for one adult
Each additional person $50
Departs morning and afternoon by arrangement.

We enjoyed a fun family day out catching yummy salmon (and the ones that got away!) with Davy our guide on his very comfortable and impressive boat on lovely Lake Wanaka. Would fully recommend this trip!
